Grace Sule brings over a decade of dedicated service to the UK healthcare sector, where she worked as a Clinical Phlebotomist and Senior Healthcare Coordinator with the Health & Social Care Trust in Northern Ireland. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to patient care and community well-being.

Her passion for healthcare extends beyond the clinical setting. Grace is the co-founder of the TunMicro Sickle Cell Foundation (TSCF), a UK-based non-profit organization focused on raising awareness, supporting affected individuals, and promoting early diagnosis and prevention of sickle cell disease.

Driven by a holistic approach to health, Grace later expanded her expertise into Beauty Health Therapy, where she continues to champion personal well-being and confidence through therapeutic practices.

Currently, Grace serves as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) of TunMicro Diagnostics Medical Centre (TDMC) in Lagos, Nigeria. In this leadership role, she oversees day-to-day operations, working alongside the CEO to inspire staff, drive organizational performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality diagnostic services. Her responsibilities also include strategic planning, quality assurance, operational efficiency, and resource management. In the CEO’s absence, Grace represents the organization, ensuring continuity and the achievement of its mission and goals.
