To give back to his home country, he established TDMC in Lagos State, Nigeria, in 2025. He previously served as a Specialist Biomedical Scientist with the South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust (NHS), United Kingdom, for over 15 years. He later spent another five years working as a Biomedical Science consultant in the UK. He is a π ππ₯π₯π¨π° & ππ‘ππ«πππ«ππ πππ’ππ§ππ’π¬π of the Institute of Biomedical Science London. He is also a founder of TunMicro Sickle Cell Foundation (TSCF), a UK non-profit organization. Through TSCF, Dr I.O. Sule seeks to reduce the threat of sickle cell disease in sub-Sahara Africa by combining academic discourse with personal narratives through free Genotype/ Sickle cell testing for Nigerian children and adolescent youths.
